Lawyer Romina Esposito

In 2009 he graduated in Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a research thesis in criminal procedural law “Interceptions: articulated motivation for the use of plants outside the Public Prosecutor’s Office”.

In 2010 he graduated in Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a research thesis “Archiving: procedural models compared”.

After graduating, he began practicing law at a renowned law firm, specialized in criminal law, where he gained experience in the c.d. “White criminal” (scams, medical faults, corporate criminal law, tax, corporate, bankruptcy and industrial accidents).

In November 2016 he obtained the title of Lawyer, enrolling in the Register of Lawyers of the Modena Bar Association, and began to collaborate with Avv. Tiziano Panini, also participating in the drafting of organizational models for companies, as required by Law 231/2001, as well as dealing with international criminal law, such as extradition proceedings and a European arrest warrant.

From 2017 to 2018 he attended the Training School for the exercise of the criminal defense function, passing the final exam and obtaining the qualification to register in the single national list of office defenders, increasing his experience in the c.d. “Black criminal law” (crimes concerning drugs, crimes against the person, crimes against property, crimes against the family).
